Folder Option tab missing from tools menu:-
Follow These Steps:-
->Run -> Type gpedit.msc
Then:
->User Configuration ->Administrative Templates –> Windows Components –> Windows Explorer-> Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu.
Right click:
-> Properties -> Disable ... http://bit.ly/9nuJma
